Phase 1 – Gelcoat Correction:
Through the gelcoat correction process, we wash, decontaminate and remove all swirls, scratches and imperfections from your boat. Steps include:
- Decontamination wash (remove scum lines etc.)
- Remove dealer stickers, manufacture badges etc.
- Multi-stage wet-sanding
- Wash again to remove residue
- Multi-stage compounding and polish
Phase 2 – Protective Coating:
We specialize in installing protective coatings on luxury, sail and powerboats. We take special care of your boat, making certain to apply each coating with attention to detail and refined craftsmanship. Steps include:
- Preparation wash
- Pre-coating solvent wipe
- Installation of protective coat layer 1
- Level the coating
- 1 hour cure time
- Installation of protective coating layer 2
